The Movie: This movie revolves around the various classic tales of Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk, and Rapunzel. These stories all together make way for a new story in the movie. A baker and his wife who are wishing to start a new life as they do not have any child. Apparently this couple is cursed childless by a Witch. The journey of this couple starts as they have to find things needed to break the spell. This couple embarks into the woods to let their new life begin.  This movie brings in the new edge to these classic stories of spells and witches and this tale becomes a meaningful tale. A tale about how wishes lead to different consequences and problems.

Released on December 25, 2014 the film might not get hold of the fame and success like director Rob Marshall’s ‘Nine’ in 2009 and might not stand even close to his 2002 feature debut ‘Chicago’ but the film does keep the essential integrity of the piece unharmed. The film was loved by those who love the music and realize the charm in what life offers and what is does not.

Well, the numbers suggest that Into the Woods is nothing less than a big hit as according to Box Office Mojo the film with the budget of $50 million, it earned $31 million in its opening weekend and $155.7 million worldwide. So the film is a big hit which is enchanting for its audiences.
