About the Movie: Mortdecai is a movie about Charlie Mortdecai played by Johnny Depp an art dealer who earns his means from the stolen art and has managed a living beyond his means. The lush lifestyle puts him in trouble when there are no funds to support it. Now he is on a mission to find a stolen Goya painting, asked by a college friend and officer in MI5. But not only Charlie is after the painting but also Juggling angry Russians and an American heiress are also after the painting. Now the main question is that what is it in the painting that keeps everyone running after it? Actually the painting is rumored to have a code in it which will lead to the lost Nazi gold. Johnny Depp is the main essence of the film as his acting abilities and pouring the character all over him is what will make this movie worth watching.

Editor’s Comments: Directed by David Koepp, this film and the character Charlie Mortdecai both lacks the charm. Apparently the movie doesn’t seem really funny but however the film is expected to earn a good amount of money because Johnny Depp will for sure bring in the huge fan base in the theaters. The still lacks the fun and entertainment factor that gives the film a feel of enrichment.
